WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Maria Bonita Fitwear offers a full refund or exchange on all our products.

We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If not, then no problem, you may return your order for a full refund or exchange providing the following requirements are met:

- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order;

- The item must be in original condition with all tags attached;

- The item must not be worn, washed or altered in any way.

All returned products will be inspected upon arrival to our Maria Bonita Fitwear facility.

Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not conform with Maria Bonita Fitwear’s return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back at the customer’s expense.

Sale items may be returned for store credit only.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?

ARE RETURNS FREE?

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and for obtaining tracking information as Maria Bonita Fitwear is not responsible for any lost/missing returns.

Once we receive your returned item, we will refund you the purchased amount and send you an email to confirm that the return has been completed. Refunds are in the form of original payment, please allow up to 10 business day for the refund to be reflected in your account or your exchange to be sent out. We don't refund original shipping charges.

EXCHANGE POLICY

Exchanges can only be made for a different size or color of the same style only, as long as the item is in stock.

If you would like to order a different style or color, please process a return and then place a new order for your desired item.

Return the original item within 30 days from when it was received, in its original condition, for a full refund.
